Erin Irvine

With seven years of experience in the real estate business, Erin Irvine strives to create a close relationship with her clients through integrity, knowledge, clear communication, and holds herself to a high standard of performance. Her previous career as a classical musician has enabled her to succeed as a realtor— hard work, self-motivation, attention to detail, along with the ability to connect with others are just some of the skills she has integrated into her real estate career. Erin is able to envision a house’s physical and investment potential when advising her clients. She and her husband Reuben often work together, remodeling and designing homes.

A third-generation Californian, Erin studied music at UCLA and obtained her master’s degree at Rice University with a full scholarship. Her professional experience includes being a lecturer at the UCSC, the principal bassoonist with the Santa Cruz Symphony, and a teaching artist with El Sistema, a nonprofit that teaches music to children in underserved communities. This eclectic background reinforces Erin’s innate ability to serve the public with empathy and integrity. By applying the same motivations to her real estate business, she prioritizes her client's needs and provides support through the entire process.
